Dear Friends and Family, I am writing this final post from Paris. This month I stayed in Charendon-le-Pont (east Paris). The photos below are from Bois de Vincennes. This is the largest and oldest park in Paris and well worth the visit if you like to get away from the crowds and traffic. Lots of walking/biking trails, beautiful lake with islands to explore & boats to rent. I didn't go to the zoo or hippodrome, but those are here too! If you're reading this you are one of few and I we have probably already been in touch about my return to Seattle, so I won't repeat here. Thanks for your encouragement since July.
